Mindy McMahon

Mindy is an Emmy award-winning producer who is currently the Director of Production/Executive Producer for WPSU Penn State. Her portfolio includes the creation of media products for marketing, advertising, promotions, fundraising, recruitment, and public media documentary programming. Her work has received recognition from the Mid-Atlantic Emmy Awards where she has received 6 nominations and 3 Emmy awards for her work with Penn State. She has also garnered recognition from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education, and the Association of American Medical Colleges. She has also served as an adjunct professor in Penn State’s College of Communications. Before joining WPSU Penn State, she was an Executive Producer for a Pittsburgh based production company. She received a bachelor’s degree from Carlow University and a master’s degree in corporate communications from Duquesne University. She has been with Penn State for nineteen years.
